ROSS MY SON It seems like a very long time ago I'll tell you this story just so you'll know I was almost 38 you see When something fantastic happened to me I had another little boy His dad and I we jumped for joy There was no crying I was worried Around the ward the nurses hurried There must be a problem time slowly passed I held my breath too scared to ask They put him in an incubator We got to see him much much later We sat beside him many days we sat and looked and we just prayed our prayers were answered I'm glad to say We've watched him growing day by day He's 15 now nice in every way He still has problems Oh! Yes he does But he still means the world to us Ross is now nearly 25 and still surprises us margaretxxxxxxx
