What do you like to do when you find a bit of 'you' time.?

I take a number of exercise classes a week as I find that it really helps with the stress. I'm also taking driving lessons at the moment too. On a Thursday I go to a support group for parents of kids with various disabilities and if I can find an afternoon with the kids at school and no meetings to go to, I go to bingo.

They run various courses at Brandons nursery and in the past year I've done a 'Caring Parents' course and an 'Introduction to Psychology' course. This Wednesday I'm starting a 'Confidence Building' course and am quite looking forward to it. It's only one morning a week but it's something I do just for me.

I go to bingo on a weds night but jess always bpmbards me with phonecalls or texts..When it gets a bit warmer i am going to start swimming but bet i wont be anle to go alone :o

My reduction in stress has been stepping down from the Governing Body at school. I think it is about time I took up swimming with my daughter. SOme Mother and Daughter time would be nice. :D
