Where I live the tap water is to say the least pretty disgusting. I like water myself and will drink it if I'm really thirsty. The kids won't touch it though unless they're having cordial.

What I wanted to know is can anyone recommend either a really nice bottled water or any device to make my tap water taste better. I was thinking of buying a water dispenser that keeps the water cool but if it tastes crap to start with it's not going to make a lot of difference is it?

I drink bottled water all the time. I can taste a difference whenever there are roadworks or anything like that in ours and we have loads of flouride in it too.

I like highland water. I was spoiled when I went to Scotland to see mammy as it was the only place I've ever been where I could drink the water without getting a dicky tummy.

Tescos own is good, I like the smaller bottles with the pull up tops.

Morrisons own is horrid and rather sweet, not to my taste at all.

I bought a filter thingy but I couldn't taste the difference.
