We all get ill from time to time but what minor ailment makes you feel the worse?

Mine has to be hayfever. I sneeze constantly, can't see a thing as my eyes itch and swell up and when the itching goes they're so tired I can hardly keep them open :(

oooooo.....Me too. I don't get the runny nose I just get the itchy eyes, feel all bunged up and the horrid tired feeling.
There is a big tree in my garden and for the few weeks that it flowers I am completely lathargic and walk around like a zombie.

I get it for a lot of the year too, I think tree pollen is the worst for me but if the grass has been cut I sneeze constantly.

I think period pains are worse though, mine are terrible.

Colds & coughs.

Actually, I have a cold at the moment which I caught of one of our friends who visited last week. I feel rotten. My nose is runny, my eyes are itchy, I feel completely wrecked. To be honest, it feels like hayfever, but I've got a temperature too. I'm so tired, I'm off to bed soon to feel sorry for myself. :(

Has to be when I get a cold, just because a cough stays on my chest for aaaaaaaaaaaaaages. Currently I am sporting a three week old cough that sounds like I smoke 400 a day!!

Well, my back went last Saturday, and I've been in agony, so I've changed my mind to backache!!!

I've had 2 chiropractor sessions, and I feel battered and bruised, but I'm far more mobile than I was a week ago. He told me I had the mobility of an old lady, and at 34 I should get out and do more exercise. I'd like to see him try if he had my life!! :o I would love some time to myself to exercise.
