Just come back from our regular jaunt to the petrol station and the queues are unbelieveable. There are people already arguing at the pumps, we saw two......Are we heading for Petrol Chaos once more and how much could this effect you?

Doesn't really affect us at all in Orkney.

But petrol prices are about £1.08 a litre, in some places.

Well here it's already turned into chaos. My neighbour was just telling me he's driven to all the petrol stations nearby, and they are ALL out of petrol!

I have just worked in Oxford for 2 days, which is almost a 2 hour drive from here in rush hour, consequently, I used up 1/2 tank of fuel each day. I had to queue for 1/2 hour last night.

Luckily, our local Sainsburys are charging 94.6p per litre, and they had people out directing the traffic, and coordinating the pumps, so there were no pump rage incidents. clap-ping

Well, it turned out to be a complete flop anyway, didn't it.
If you stay ready, you won't need to get ready!
