find someone to talk to do not bottle things up it doesn't help you and certainly doesn't help the child

Mine would be.....Learning to live with and understand your childs condition takes time. No one else is going to expect you to know everything or get everything right straight away. So don't you expect it of yourself :)

i cant remember who said it to me on here but i would say bank the good days we have and that keeps me going for the bad ones which i have many :unsure: :unsure:
