Does anyone else find that when you are stressed, you clamp your teeth together?

My teeth are aching this morning. I wake up in the night, and my teeth are biting hard, and I also do it during the day. I only realise I'm doing it when my teeth hurt.

I'm about 3 weeks into this, so my jaw is also aching, and I just don't seem to be able to stop it.

Time for a haircut and a massage I think!

Not only do I do that but I also get terrible shoulder and neck ache. Some days I can hardly move my head for the stiffness and pain.
