A special friend
Mand...I was in A & E with Livs yesterday morning too. I had a phone call from the unit where she has respite to say she had fallen in the garden and had badly hurt her knee and would I come and see. Oh boy .... what a mess! So off we went to the hospital with her keyworker and they flushed it all out. Because of the way she had torn all the skin they were unable to stitch it. They dressed it in gauze and bandages and off we went. Olivia was a superstar.......not a murmur...I'm not even sure that she felt it!?! She was hilarious and kept asking the consultant if he had a dog or a cat and what it's name is (even though he said no!) BRAVO HI5
