Sounds good but how do you find out more information, my local
office didnt have a clue and couldnt even find Phil's tax records as they are not there, but cant tell us where they are. Something to do with when he last worked and whereever the head office of the company was. How on earth do we find out that information when we cant find a P60 .

It's children's tax credit. If you do a search on google you'll find it.
If you stay ready, you won't need to get ready!

I have filled in the form in the link, but don't hold out much hope as i don't think i earned enough 02-03!! Have one child born in 1991 and one in 1994, and was married to a bloke paying tax until 2001. It does say it doesn't effect any tax credits you currently get. It's worth a try i suppose. Somebody has got to benefit from it!!!

I rung my local tax office and they said that they no longer issue the forms for this. I was told to just write in with my national insurance number telling them I want to make a claim. I can't find a link to apply online either.
