We went to Woburn Safari park yesterday and had a brilliant time. We all got to stroke an elephant which was cool. We rang up first as we couldn't find any details on the website about concessions etc for disabled. It turns out if you can prove you are disabled with either a blue badge or DLA award letters then the entrance fee is £6 and £6 for carer. So it cost all 4 of us only £24. Id advise to take a picnic as the food is very expensive a hot meal for all 4 of us with a drink each came to £26 The good thing with Woburn is that you can drive around the animals as many times as you want . All in all a brilliant day out .

We went last week on our way back from Legoland, and we thought it was good too. We went in with concessions, but still cost us a fair bit more than that for 4 of us. We had to queue for an hour to get in through the gate though. We loved the Lemur enclosure and the Australian enclosure with the Wallabies and baby Joeys. |
