Information to help with an introduction; RP withdrawal is not a pleasant thing

This is possibly going to be one of the stranger questions I've ever asked. Ever. But... now that Celsh has been approved, yay ^^, I'm now trying to find a way of introducing him through some RP or another...
I'm perfectly aware I can start up my own thread but... well... That involves one of two possible actions, none of which seem conducive to other player input: Either I put together a couple minor NPCs, a client and a bounty for him to go after... or set him in a palce looking for such a contract...
Now, from what I can see neither of those options really allows for much more than a one-person related story (please, -please- feel free to correct me if that's a mistake in my judgment).
So... really, what I'm after is advice, information, whatever about things that are currently going on that I could use to create a thread... or info on a thread that's appropriate for my character to be involved in so I can poke the person running it and ask nicely to join and intro myself there, so that I don't end up just lurking around the board for all eternity...
If none of that makes sense thaen put it down to me trying to type in three windows at the same time as well as revising for a Linear Programming exam that I have tomorrow morning...
As I said, pretty dumb question, but if you don't ask, you don't know... and... I really want to RP with this guy after putting literally weeks of effort into his bio, lol...
Thanks in advance for anything anyone can come up with... and I apologise if this is the stupidest question you've ever heard... considering not once have I used a question mark, making no part of this unnecessarily long rant an -actual- question...
-goes and hides now before he uses up any more of the precious post space-

Here is a great way to do what you seek to do. Announce you are starting a thread and give a brief paragraph of what you thread will entail. Ask that those interested in joining reply and then start an introductory post to said thread. Those interested in your thread will then post and your story shall begin. Let me know if you need help with plot or anything and good luck on your virgin thread starting.

Yes, y'see... this is the problem... it's the plot aspect that's the part that's bugging me...
Really, based on his profession, Celsh is a very solitary character (I doubt many people are going to help a bounty hunter willingly) and so it's rather difficult, or maybe I'm just stupid, to come up with something that will both encourage and be available for other people to take part in...
But then when I think about it I can hardly think of a character concept where the solitary problem doesn't arise... but as I say maybe my brain is just being stupid because it's being focused on maths at the moment rather than imagination...
Thats not helping, is it? >.< I should apologise for wasting your time >.<

You are never wasting time asking things like this. Right now I would suggest that your character has to go under-cover to grab a target and you need more people to get by said targets security. But do not ever worry about asking anything as the staff is here to help whenever needed.
