Hello all. Just wanted to say howdy-doo. Tis a little late since I joined a few days ago but I thought of how rude it was to just jump in without even introducing myself.

Name's John, i'm in High School, Star Wars addict, American Football player (For all you Euro cats.), Gamer, Intellectual, band geek, bodybuilder, and History buff. An odd mix but whatever. Such is the nature of my kind--Nerd & Jock, Geek & Socialite.

Love Star Wars and been an addict for years. I have read several of the books, watched all the movies (over and over again) and studied the world. I would never call myself an expert on Star Wars as such a title stifles learning and promotes ignorance. Love to rp and hope to have some fun here.

P.s. Currently reading -

Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx & Friedrich Engles
Mein Kampf by Adolf Hitler
Siddhartha by Herman Hesse
The Napoleonic Wars by John Keegan

(Not a commy or a Nazi, just exploring the world in pursuit of knowledge.)

Well, that's certainly commendable. Nice to have you on board John, pun intended.

Thank you, much appreciated. Not many can respect my goal. Most cringe at me when I say I am reading either. Ah well.

Welcome, John! It's nice to see someone with such a wide range of interests and hobbies. Your reading list is certainly commendable, though of the four I would have to say Siddhartha is my favorite. I read it once a year because it's just that refreshing to me, like a trip to a spa. But I'm getting off topic, glad to have you around and I look forward to RPing with you.

welcome.

though i'm more into sci-fi and fantasy books [selective], but cann agree on the history [though i lose interest around the development of firearms], also a gamer. though i'm more for learning in general.

as to communist and nazi, just shows how much people forget history, and the fact that one is a system of government and way of life and the other is a political party that just got the wrong guy involved.

Dont get me wrong man, I have read my share of Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Tales of the Otori (kudos to anyone who knows this series) and the like.

I stated that in such away due to the association each title has. The Communist Manifesto is linked to Commys and Mien Kampf as Nazi because it was associated with the party. The Communist Manifesto by no means describes a System of Government, just the ideals by which a government should govern and how Capitalism faces its own self-imposed imminent doom on a historical series of events. Interesting on how all govts strayed from Marxist ideals but lets not talk politics.

Just thanking you all, wanting to Rp more so I tried to get in on the main line. Starting a bio series on my char, gonna post the first chapter or so up tomorrow.

Also, I am a lover of Classical Music and Nationalist Songs, not pertaining to any single country really, just the beauty of the idea. I listen to Mozart to put myself to sleep. Also I enjoy Rock, Heavy Metal, Classical, Southern, oldies, etc. I enjoy music from a broad scope. Rap and Rammstein all in the same playlist.

Supposedly the Nazi party actually started as a cult of like wannabe satan worshippers or some crap like that. And Hitler believed in aliens, this world's got some strange history. But Kaidu if you want interesting read check out The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion. But yea it's nice seeing such a wide range of hobbies, I myself enjoy paintballing, philosophy, I love debating, political discussions turn me on, I'm a terrible athlete and I have a hobby of collecting music.

P.S. Yea man Rammstein are the shizzles.

No I'm certainly not. I don't know if it's fact that the Nazi's originated as a "black magic" cult, but I'm pretty sure that it's true. But yes Hitler did believe in aliens. It's the hwole Ayran thing. He himself wasn't Aryan, though he did have the blue eyes, but sincerely believed the Aryans were supposed to rule the world because the aliens wanted it that way. No joke, he believed in the Grays and the Reptilians. He believed human kind was artificially created by aliens. Though oddly there is actual historicall events and the like that do point to the possibility, but Hitler was plain-ass crazy.

what sources say he believed i n aliens?

and memory serves it was himler or somthing that had the thing with black magick, not the nazis themselves. hitler brought it in later, it wasn't an issue from the start, but could be wrong.

from what i remember they were just a political party that was anti-jewish originally, that it. htler and his people brought in the rest. however memory serves they believed the aryans came fro m atlantis not aliens.

I hate to be the spoilsport here, but given that the topic has started to lean toward a debate/discussion regarding a genocidal f**k-head with bunny rabbit ears. I think that its best if this is shifted into a members only section wherein not to offend the random user who might wander past. I don't think that name-drop of "Hitler" in a welcome thread will be the the right sort of greeting flag, regardless of its context.

However, more mentions of him ended up in a ditch covered in petrol on fire is awfully fun so yes new thread so we can discuss further? = favourable.
