Has anyone here tried any sort of 100 rep challenge? I'm doing something kind of like that with standing calf raises, just to build some endurance in my lower legs. Using a really light weight, but 100 reps is sick. I can't afford to ruin my body with 100 rep squats/deads right now, and probably won't ever, but I see 100 rep calf raises as being an excellent training tool for truck pulls and sled drags. |

I do high rep stuff with the sandbag. Most I've ever got was 92 reps in 16 minutes. I do various lifts, as many reps as possible in as little time a possible, 20 minutes max. --rickey |
