i`ll try the vaseline in the sock tonight
I lent someone my hmemade log & they seem to have lost it.
Can anyone give me the dimensions i need to make another 1,
things like length, spacing of hand holes & all those bits & pieces.
I`m sorry if this topic has been raised b4 but i`m desperate to
get cracking & build my log & get some practice in.
The log i`ve got is aout 8" across & about 10ft long.
Thanks alot TAT :P

log diameter can be between 8-13"! longest I would make it is 6foot! and 24" is the measurement between most handles!

loosing a log is a piece of piss with friends like mine.
I lent it to my mate who was meant to be starting strongman
but i think he chopped it up & used it on his fire :azz
He said he thinks his mrs sold it at a carboot sale :duh
Like your not going to notice that in the boot of your car
Thanks for the help.I`ll got on & make my new log 2night :rock
