So there is the question, are you doing cardio or not. I`m doing it and i hate every second of it! |

Fuckin' SLAYER!!

I do it- inconsistently, though. Sometimes I go three or four times a week and other times, none. I've been sleeping more since I started this Oly program, which has made a dent in the cardio. Going to do some tonight after work, though. |

I agree

Yes- I count my medicine ball work as cardio, and it is way, way more fun than riding a bike that goes nowhere or slogging about on a fucking treadmill. |

It sucks. I've been known to substitute high rep squats for more conventional forms. |

2-3 times a week on the bike. I usually do it next to an aerobics class so I have something to watch. |

Thinks There is Nothing Wrong with Doing Curls in the Squat Rack

What do you guys include in your cv work? Lately ive been doing a warm up of 15mins on a stationary bike then onto the rower doing 250m sprints... I definatly think that any type of implement training can be classed as cardio because of the intensity of it and the fact it leaves me breathless...

Ever since we got a pool, I've been trying to do laps in it. It's not an olympic size pool, of course, so I do my cardio in it using either legs only or arms only. I can say this, my swimming has improved greatly over the past two weeks. I also like to do running drills up stairs, and jumping. Skipping rope is an old favorite, but I haven't been doing that enough lately. |
