GOALS FOR END OF OCTOBER

My goals between now and October are the following:

1) To get to Dover at least twice and do some more training with the equipment

2) Following this, I want to finally Clean and Press a 40kg log. I can do it no probs with a bar but still haven't managed log yet

3) Hit a 150kgs Deadlift (tall order)

4) Stop faffing about in picking up the sacks for carrying events.

Will report back after the comp to see how I get on in acheiving some of these.

270kg deadlift.
145kg log.
220kg squat.

By then I will be pulling over 500 from 16" and squatting over 300 with 70lbs in chain off a low box. I should also be able to do a 250 log.

First Moderator on the SDF; first to have moderator title revoked.
Deadlift 500lbs, increase pressing strength, and increase GPP. I'll have to wait until after the season to set some of the vague goals in stone.

Training starts again tonight, thought I'd throw myself in at the deep end with Leg training. Didn't realise how weak my hams were til I did the drag at White Cliffs
