Ok I was taping a deadlift / back workout today looking for form errors and I have noticed at the top of the pull i give a double bounce to skip the bar over the lower bollock area. So I set up the camera again and did loads of partial pulls trying to break this habit but everytime, i do the bollock hop in an obvious attempt to avoid bollock drag. Is this just me or what. Yes I will try and put up video later. |

Surely we all do it without realising, and cant be good for the lower back area, the jerking motion? |

I used to have a big problem with crushing my nuts doing surgs. Honestly, not really sure how to get around that. |

Anyway, I'm sure I've always done this it's just i never noticed it until i was doing the video. So after my main workout I set up the camera with the intention of catching the elusive Bollock hop on tape. Nothing to heavy on the bar, but loaded and ready to play I filmed from the side the front, the bottom, must of done a good dozen reps and finally I got one good example at the end of the video. Like I said a boring piss poor topic and I'm sure I just need to just wear some kind of tighter training wear.
