Just to make sure I'm straight on this stuff: supplemental: moves that mimic accessory: totally different moves that help build strength Examples fo r bench press supplemental: close grip bench accessory: pressdowns I know it don't make a hill of beans in the greater scheme of things, but I sometimes get the 2 confused when reading different posts, articles, etc. Thanks. |

I think they are the same thing, though an accessory lift could be something realted to a totally different move/lift that affects or improves a lift/event- like face pulls are an accessory lift to bench, because they can improve your bench set up and balance etc etc but are reallt totally unrelated to benching. Shit, i don't know. Never thought about it really. |
