Online douche. GOLD! I need more Gold
|
I seem to be doing acceptably without one. But you're probably right, Cam. I've heard too much anecdotal evidence of guys getting way bigger squats out of the thing, but I haven't spent the kind of time and energy I would need to to learn the placement and the movement properly, in all honesty. - Sean |

The GHR is great. If I were to buy one, even though I love elitefts, there's no way I would drop $600+! I'd get the New York Barbells one. You could buy three of them for the price of one from elite! Just to add to the discussion - of course there's nothing magical about it, but it is an exercise that you can't really duplicate w. a barbell, sled or cables. Poor Man's GHR isn't the same exercise either. I don't think it's necessary, but I'd be really happy to have one! |

I've got the same model as Jesse. It was around 200 with shipping. It's nice to have but I'm not sure today that I would spend that kinda money again on one. |
