Backslapper's Squat session I was on another Forum and found this video of the days squatting with some guys. Now the Box Squats are at least deep enough but the following Squats are Briefed, canvased suited and mostly high inspite of the bigger weight. It just ticks me off when the lads on the other forum are giving them credit for quarter and half squats with full gear. YEESH McLifter |

i took up squatting again after a year and half lay off. now i have gone old school they way i squatted 540 when i was 20-volume. 2 sets of 8 per weight jumping up a wheel aside at a time. when i did 540 it was something like 75 reps that work out. but it seems my body thrives on it,when i was doing sets of 5 i would plateu in 3 weeks and my right knee would hurt like hell. back to the volume, knee does not hurt and squatting is comfortable. it just sucks going into a workout knowing you have a billion reps to do |
