In the aquarium exibit at Epcot Center they have a find Nemo tank. It's got all of the fish from the movie in it. Kids would run up and scream "I found Nemo!" Then you go upstairs and see the tank with about 300 replacement Nemo's in it. I couldn't help but laugh. |

They have the same thing here at the Zoo. The kids never get tired of it. |

I recently had the pleasure of going to an all you can eat sushi place with Marshall White, Jacob Miskimins, and some other American competitors who came up to Victoria. I think the sushi place is still trying to recover. |

If you're ever in Minnesota there's a great one of those. You sit at the bar and there's a moat between you and the chef, going all the way around this circular sushi bar. The chef makes whatever he feels like and sets it on a little boat. When the boat comes by you just grab whatever looks good. |

We have one like that, called Sushi Train, only instead of a moat there's a... well, you know. |

What's the line? Eat sushi off of a dead hooker? I think that's it. |

Opening a new sushi joint, and making it "all you can eat" is probably not a sound business decision. Best sushi I've had in my short life was at Kamei in Vancouver. Mmmmmm... |

I have never eaten sushi, and never will. Which is odd, cause I've gone down on some nasty 'tang, but the idea of raw fish makes me ill. |

Fire is good, when applied to land meat, and some things that swim. With some other things that swim, tuna and salmon for example, fire just ruins the flavor. |

I take back the land meat statement. I had an amazing thai-spiced steak tartare wrapped in beef carpachio last Friday. |
