I was really supprised how well you did with that log Will especially as you've only recently hit 100kg,and your grip well what can i say,you got 1st place at Englands in the frame hold and 60 seconds at Sundays Britains you sneaky old dog.
Well done mate.

Oh and i got to witness your deadlift Moonwalk for the second time. :P

Will I reckon Nick could have put them stones up even without tacky.

And you summed it up well mate with the log, In 5 weeks you've added a good 20kg to your log :respect

90% of our stone lifts, esp Nicks, are done without tacky here. Both Nick and I, having a 'good grip' seem more than capable of trhe pick up. He just carries on where as that's all I do, pick 'em up and occasionally lap them. Once in a blue moon and if not doing too much of my usual training I'll put on on the platform ;) I think that's what it's for... :P

TAT did fantastic considering he looked like'd just got outta bed, although I know Will wasn't happy with what he done, coming where he did was fantastic with the quality of the other athletes, and his drive, which was nearly four hours to get there.
Again, everyone was fantastic, esp mc stoneman on the mic, a true charmer.

I have offered to pop up to Tom's to rub his knee.......................... no answer as yet, strange.

And Tat will always be our Hero.

I still think some of the best way to train stones is without tacky. That way when you hit competition and slap a little on, you just rip them apart.
