A mate at the gym suggested using a powerball gyro to help recuperate my forearms (pain in forearms which is slowly subsiding). Just wondered if any of you have any experiences to share regarding forearm/wrist rehab and grip strength using a powerball?
Thanks in advance.

Hi....

IMO

rehab use 9/10

endurance 7/10

strength 3/10

So basically if you are looking for a tool for effective rehab i say go no where else. For me, after a grip session sitting down and lightly spinning the power ball aids recovery. I also think it has carryover to grip endurance. I don't find it very good for directly increasing grip and forearm strength though.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Thank you. Sounds worthwhile getting one from your comment. normally they cost about £20 odd but found a cheap site for about £7 so will get one. Jes needed a fair 'strongman' evaluation. :woohoo Cheers
