http://www.powerballs.com/ A mate at the gym suggested using a powerball gyro to help recuperate my forearms (pain in forearms which is slowly subsiding). Just wondered if any of you have any experiences to share regarding forearm/wrist rehab and grip strength using a powerball? Thanks in advance. |

Hi.... IMO rehab use 9/10 endurance 7/10 strength 3/10 So basically if you are looking for a tool for effective rehab i say go no where else. For me, after a grip session sitting down and lightly spinning the power ball aids recovery. I also think it has carryover to grip endurance. I don't find it very good for directly increasing grip and forearm strength though. Hope this helps and good luck. |

Thank you. Sounds worthwhile getting one from your comment. normally they cost about £20 odd but found a cheap site for about £7 so will get one. Jes needed a fair 'strongman' evaluation. Cheers
