For regular walking its fine. But when i'm doing cardio (brisk walk) after awhile they start cramping up. Maybe i'm not stretching enough. |

Drink less caffeine and alcohol, more water. Take a Cal-Mag supplement and try to keep up with potassium intake. Sounds like you're dehydrated and need more muscular water retention. Stretching is most likely not the culprit, although being more flexible wouldn't hurt. |
