My right ankle feels like it is burning when I do any number of movements but mainly when I go onto my toes. It's 'at the back'/posterior on the lateral side. I've had it for months and think that it's chronic. I don't want to go to the doctors because I think they'll just tell me to rest. Any ideas? The other problem that I have is a shooting pain in my right rear delt whenever I press overhead. Again, any ideas would be much appreciated. Cheers Pete |

Could the ankle be your achilles tendon? The shoulder I assume is your rotator cuff muscles. Work on them. |

Thanks, man!
B) I kinda guessed that the shoulder could be a RC injury. I just wanted someone with a bit more experience to also guess that. I'm less certain about the ankle but, as you say, it could be achilles related. Pete |
