Just wondering if anyone has had this diagnosis? My wife aka (Mrs McLifter) has recently been diagnosed with Grade II Spondylolisthesis. This happens to be in her case the L4 has moved forward of the L5. The doctor stated this could have been present from birth but just recently has caused some stress for her. Has anyone had any experience with this condition? How did you train around it? The information I've found so far recommends Physio and of course doing whatever you can manage. Just looking for any info. McLifter |

Get this book You basically have do lots of stabilization exercises and than throw some strength stuff over to, I like swings with a k bel or hungarian ass blaster personally, dead lifts or anything to keep the core strong. This is a life time endeavour, she will have to keep on top of it or she will hurt, that simple. |
