Had some X-rays done today and the doctor confirmed my long term shoulder problem is actually an anterior sternoclavicular dislocation. Apparently this is either the second time its happened, or last time I tore all the ligaments allowing it to dislocate easily this time.

Ive got an appointment with the orthopedic specialist next week but apparently they rarely operate on it.

Anyone had this? or know anyone that has? I know its a long shot but I cant find a lot on rehabbing the area on the tinternet and thought id see if you guys had any knowledge?

Cheers.

It's only gay if you smile during the reach-around.
Ouch Olly,
I've got no adivce but just take it easy until you can target the problem and then slowly rehab it back to health.

Good luck man. Crappy news.
