Friday: [20:00,24:00] Saturday:[18:00,20:00] Final: [02:00,03:00] All times GMT. According to Katerina from PLSE, David Ostlund was also present at the drawing for the starting places, although it wasn´t clear who would Ostlund be substituting. Vasil' has written in his website that, due to back problems, he would participate only in the dumbell lift in order to better his world record. So it can be that Ostlund will take Vasil's place on the other events. This information has not been officially confirmed. Benedikt is 383 ? I was under the impression that it was Gemma carrying the baby... CCCP will probably dominate the competition. |

Derek almost ripped his right pec off while benching 485 a week ago...he was dehyrated and ill...just lifting to feel some heavy weight that wouldn't hurt his recovery much and almost ruined his year..he is light at the moment (for him and some blessed individuals in the world..lol) at 308lbs... Solvi could be right...Benni looks serious as a MAC truck...very big. Mikhail is super confident himself... and Andrus is at 340lbs.. Pfister looks in good spirits but he too is nursing an injury supposedly.. Oh yeah...Siders looks happy as heck, not worried at all...today will be a very interesting day on the DL front.. |

A new sms from Svensson The dumbell: siders 7, vasyl 8, pekanov 4, koklaev 8, savickas 9, phister 8, hatfield 5 poundstone 9, bennidikt 4, muruments 8 Result in the order they went out...this means Savickas was 6:th place in frame Vasyl only got about 2 meters in the frame walk...strange! |

It looks like Siders has made some major improvements on the Dumbell. Thats a big breakthrough for him. If he can make similar improvements in the stones and he did make an improvement in the timber carry (did he?) then he may placing higher than people think. Top 4 will probably be in the end Big Z, koklaev, muruments & bennidikt IMO. |
