im getting a kind of pinching pain in the middle of my back(mid spine), not too painful as it is but if i try and stretch it out it gets really sore and even makes me feel sick. i got it bad on wednesday night i layed flat on my bed on my back and couldnt get up i was pinned down an if i tryed sitting up the pain was unreal. i dnt know what could have caused this as iv been lifting light for around 3 months, could it be a trapped nerve? i havent been docs yet jus thought id get a few opinions from here as im sure a few of you have encountered simmilar probs. cheers |

if it is making you feel sick whilst you aggravate it, you should trundle off to the doc. Thoracic spinal pain can indicate myriad things, best to get checked out |

ALWAYS a good idea to get checked by a MD. You don't want to be that one in a thousand guy that has some weird gall bladder thing causing your pain. If your pain is between your shoulder blades, there's a good chance it's coming from your neck. Once the MD clears you, there are certain neck stretches that could help tremendously. Usually pressing exercises aggravate the neck. |
