Had the pleasure of a deadlifting Lesson from the legend a couple of weeks ago. I was complaining that I am getting too old at 32!! I soon shut up and started lifting!!!

He really is an inspiration and deserves the title of Legend!!!

i was talking to him on saturday, he did a 182.5kg continental clean at 11 stone bodyweight at his best, thats awesome!!!
