What kind of pain and where?
Did it happen suddenly or has it been progressively growing?
Related past injuries?
What do you think caused it?
How do you do your squats? Powerlifting style ? How wide a stance?

it is related to piriformis issues with possible SI joint issues, when I get lazy it acts up.

multifidis on left side are a little wanting too, gotta do my exercises and swings to keep everything nice and tight
