i`ll try the vaseline in the sock tonight
|
Yesterday i was doing farmers & every time i put them down i got a dull ache/pain in my right lower lat, nothing major just enough to know it was there. Did a couple of sets & it seemed to ease. Did my final heavy set & it seemed to be ok . 10 mins later & i thought somebody had booted me in the ribs.My lower lat was very sore & it felt klike i`d popped a rib.Treated it with deep heat, long soak in the bath & ibu. Woke this morning & it feels better but still there. Whats the best form of recuprative work i can do for it gents ?

I remembered that i had some freeze stuff in my training bag in the garage. I purchased a tub of `Freeze Gel` from Masterplast. I got The Boss to apply it to my back & thought this is shite. About 2 mins later my back was freezing nicely ;) Actualy it`s descent gear & it only cost £1 from poundland. I`ll see how it works .
