A bit of a weird one. Only seems to be a problem when i lay on my left side. Presses and dislocations don't bother it one bit, but lay on my side and it sometimes feels like its going to pop. |

Side Lying on a painful shoulder is often the most painful (mechanically stressful) thing you can do. Sounds like you have a minor problem and that's all that bothers it. If it starts getting worse, you should make a change. If it bothers you, try something to help it, and monitor your side-lying pain. |
