For those who use ZMA as a recovery supplement, how do you take it? I've tried it a few times about 45 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water.

Then I'm waking up about every half hour all night long. It fucking sucks. I'm hoping for this magical restfull sleep with fucked up dreams, but all I get is more tired.

Try Gaba instead!

I haven't tried it but my partner has when she was competing and swore by it. ZMA is good for increasing natural test levels but with regards to improving sleep... I'm not sure.

What's wrong with rolling off the misses and straight to sleep whilst she's trying to find a dry bit

Call me old fashion Martin but I'll stick with the traditional method a man uses to sleep, a minute humping then asleep by the time shes says 'Was that it.'
It ain't the cheapest method mind you; A boat load of bills and 2 bottles of expensive whiskey after a days hire of a veron would be cheaper than jumping on the misses these days.

Anyway this old boy does tend to go on somewhat so I'll let you get on your way.

I find ZMA good for sleep, anything that reduces cortisol too like some Vit C. 5g of Taurine works alright too and is very cheap.

ZMA always made me sleep very heavily and I always had fucked-up dreams on it. Never tried GABA though, what does that supposedly do?

GABA (gamma amino butyric acid) is used as a natural method of treating anxiety, stress, and insomnia. It can be used throughout the day to even you out and help you settle down at night, thus, getting a better sleep. However, I prefer holy basil. Tastes like shit, but bite the softgels open and suck out the liquid. It'll be faster acting and better for heling you sleep.

ZMA would actually be best taken with dinner, even in conjunction with a calcium. All of these should help you sleep better. That might be the route for you to try out, Wes.
