Think off you too mate. LOL Got my Test in 4 weeks or so. Learned to ride from 2 10 min Youtube Vids. (seriously, had a lesson yesterday and got told go straight into my test as i'm already up to standards) Got a shitty Yamaha 600 Division or something, need to tighten the suspension as my arse make it go too low. Looking forward to the photos. |

Training is embarrassing as i'm just doing all the easy shitty machines that i used to slag other people off for using. But in my defence,i get discouraged doing the stuff i used to do as i can only use half the weight and this makes me not want to train at all,and i have no motivation to get these weights back up.So for the time being i just get in there quick do what i have to do and then get the fuck out. Bloody hell andy I can't believe you've sold the ZRX all ready! I thought a vmax was a tad too low for me so I bought a GSX1400 instead, can't stop riding it Shawn, the 600 diversion is a cool bike if you wind the rear pre-load up. My wifes got one and I can ride it with no problem. Shes 8 stone and I'm 24 so they're pretty versatile machines

You mean the suspension on the back ? Got that sorted the other day and it feels alot better, still not fast though. Always on a para about leaning too much on it as the tyre' are quite small. Going to stick with this for a few months then maybe pick up a Hayabusa. (Depending how comfutable it will be for me) What type of biker have you got? It seems once you buy one you always want another. LOL |

I had a little cb500 when I passed my test then after a couple of months I got a triumph 955 rs(sort of half faired sporty thing). I kept that for a few months but it was a bit slow so I bought a honda cbr110xx blackbird. I had that for over a year but having no throttle control I was belting around everywhere at 160 + so it had to go :hand Had a few different bike since then, one of the best was a yamaha yzf1000 thunderace. Its a sports bike but being older (mine was a 1997) it was pretty big and comfy but still damn quick up to about 160. Got a suzuki gsx1400 now which is a big naked muscle bike, loads of torque for acceleration (about 2.7 o-60) but a sensible top end so its relaxing to ride. I also ride the wifes xj600 sometimes and I've got a 1979 yamaha xs1100 which was one of the original muscle bikes, not all that fast but it sounds like a beast :rn Once you've got your licence you'll get through a few bikes until you find one you like. My dad passed his test in 2001 like me and hes on about his 10th bike now aswell! Hayabusa's are lovely bikes but quite low. My dad had a kawasaki zx 12r which is the same performance but a tad bigger. It was comfy to ride and went like shit of a shovel, it nearly did 190 with me sitting upright on it like a bloody big sail:respect |
