Straight Men Deadlift Sumo
|
Hello, I thought i'd post a bit more and I actually have a question now. About a month ago I heard my hamstring pop during a heavy deadlift, my knee shuddered and I thought finishing the rep may be a bad idea so I dropped it. A week or so later, it felt fine and I squatted an easy 350. About a week or so after that I attempted something closer to my max and although the rep felt fine a few minutes later the hamstring went again. It felt fine that evening so I had another attempt today and the damn hamstring went again on the way down. So i'm sitting on an ice-pack deciding I better properly rehab this before it becomes chronic. Any ideas? Cheers |
