i have been trainning for the chase comp next month and been getting some realy bad DOMS in my neck and sholders. any1 no how to cure them or prevent them i realy need to train for this comp. |

Delayed onset muscle soreness mate. struggling with my grip and overhead lifting (because of the doms) but going to give it my best shot |
