Does anyone know what are the differences between the Greek version of this film and the Italian (Ore di terrore) and German one (Kreuzfahrt des Grauens)?

I believe this is another James Paris production, although no Greek names appear on the credits of the version I've seen.

Thanks! Interesting. They appear to be speaking English some of the time too (or moving their lips to it), so there was maybe an English language version too.
