Turkey / Germany - Various

In Germany many Turkish movies were released on video.
these movies were made for the Turkish emigrant workers that were living in germany.
the tapes have turkish audio and no subs.

Tom, that's an interesting topic! Distinguishing those old Kalkavan issues is tricky. The tapes themselves are helpful in this regard as well. Does the first generation with white sleeves always come with imprinted tapes? I'm asking because the second generation issues with silver sleeves sometimes come with imprinted tapes (which are considered first generation tapes) but there are also later generation tapes with stickers. A knowledgable Turkish collector once told me about at least 3 different generations of Kalkavan tapes. It is quite difficult to see through.
