yes but who? The movies are already available under VCD and DVD for many years. Need to find the complete 35mm film at Thai Film Archives, find the owner (if still alive), pay rights to sell the movie, digitise the film, produce Blu-ray, sell them through a channel, add subtitles for non Thai people. It is not worth from a business point of view. The DVD is not better than the VCD as both of them are based on a betamax tape.
