CAT. III DVD RELEASES; Does anyone have these?

Just wondering if any of my fellow Cinehounds owns the French DVD of "RUN AND KILL" or the German DVD of "DR.LAMB"? I hear that the German DVD of "DR. LAMB" is fully uncut and restored (which would make the composite i created obsolete) and that the French disc of "RUN AND KILL" is also a fully uncut version. These are meant to be the only official DVD releases representing fully uncut versions of these CAT.III classics available in the world to date...

Anyone got them? Was after some cover scans, reviews of the prints, extras, etc. and maybe some screen-grabs of the reinstated moments?

Hey Wayne, I guess you missed this thread...

...where I mentioned a new German release of RUN AND KILL :P
Anyway, it's FULLY UNCUT and of the same restored picture quality as the French DVD! AND IT HAS ENGLISH SUBS which the French doesn't. And further more the DVD also contains the Cat. III film INTRUDER.
You can't get it from stores in Germany but they have it at D&T in Austria (that's where I got mine).

Yes, the German DR. LAMB is also fully uncut. I haven't got it myself yet though.

Hah, Intruder is great, some minor elements of classic black magic weirdness added to the modern cat III sleaze, a bit like Beyond the Darkness in that respect.

Yeah, sorry about that...must have totally slipped me by! lol
Cheers for letting me know though!

Is the German DVD a single-disc release then? Just wondering what image quality is like if they have paired it with another film on the same disc?

If you don't necessarily need the ltd version you can get the ordinary uncut German version from DT in Austria. That's where I got mine.

Ok, thanks for the info Jack! :)

I have ordered some titles from D&T Mailorder Shop, too. For example the double feature which includes both Run and Kill (1993) and The Intruder (1997).

I'll have to reconsider which version I should order.
