THANKS! :)

We had great fun, "Man Bijts Hond" is ofcourse exploitation-TV and allways focusses on "village-nuts", it was only a matter of time before they'd reach me!

Usually I pick up other CINEHOUND's wants as well (I know his place inside/out) to swap 'em for my wants, that keeps us all happy! :)
He sells some more tapes, you guys get some of your wants and after all the hard labour, I get some of my wants as well!

...the tapes he brought me in this segment have safely landed at Lars's place BTW :)

It's nice watching at. There's still an undertone of sarcasm in it. And ofcourse with fun things it's way too short to completely explain what the link with vhs is.
But still good fun seeing you on telly, Teade!

Wife and kid did not wanna be part of your 'I wanna be a moviestar' episode?

I must admit I knew of this guy a long long time but never took the effort to go there or contact him. A brother of a friend of mine has a shop there as well. Never knew it was that huge :o
I mentioned it once to you on PM I guess. Now I know your reluctance to went further on the subject. You were already in the heart of Walhalla :D

...the program's usually tongue in cheek style, no-one takes VHS collecting seriously...

People who still have old eighties rentals in the attic might see this and decide they might be collectable and put them on Marktplaats instead of into the bin... ;)

Don't recall you mentioning the guy, but I know we've discussed it when I brought it up myself, even told you he was gonna be on TV... ;)

With that TV crew in my small house there wouldn't even have been room for the wife and kids, but indeed the wife didn't want to be part of my "publicity-stunt" and who can blame her!

I don't know the guy but knew of a vhs storage there. When I had a 'search' add on MP someone pointed me at it and I asked my friend's brother about it and he said it was right.
Thought it would be nothing much but :o boy was I wrong . So many tapes!!
Must have been heaven for you going through all them tapes :)

Let's hope that your performance does not raise the prices of tapes more now as some of them already did go bonkers :ph43r:

Thanks for the congrats!

He's my main connection ATM, 100% sure he hasn't got "Kung Fu Terreur", I've been through ALL of his stash, keeping everybody's wants as well as possible future wants in mind ;)

Found GLO at another source about two months ago! :)

WALHALLA is what I allways call it!

Hahaha, good one KingofB! Just watched your HET ZWARD VAN DE ISLAM yesterday and now I find out it made it's way to dutch television (I think my old Sunrise tape of EROTIC RITES OF FRANKENSTEIN popped up somewhere in your shelves too)! My dutch is not the hottest but it doesn't matter, the old video guy comes off as a little goofy but highly likable guy. Even despite the language barrier I realise the program was made in a semi-mocking tone, but it doesn't matter - the old video freak and Teade still are much cooler than the DVD-renting morons in the intro.
