That sounds really good, but I see it's all in Czech. How about when you check out, is there an English option? And is the postage for other countries added automatically? (and sure they're trash!)

As i remember there is no english option on this site, so i did some completely different, a Friend of mine is from Slovakia and had a few phonecalls with the Shop. The Result was, that the wrote me a email including a Invoice with there IBAN+BIC Codes to transfer the money. They are also speak english and german but not really good (my English is not better either!!!) , i had called them 1 week later to ask them if the received the money from me. It was a 5 to 10 min. Call, only to ask if the send the package away, for christ sake this wasn`t easy On the bottom of the website is a phonenumber and besides is a emailadress. I would try to write them a email (to hold down the coversation costs!) that they should send you an invoice with the complete p&p costs! Are you from Denmark or Finnland? The p&p must be the same as it was for me, i think. Good Luck anyway, please report your experience with them... |
