Remember, i have the rare UK rental VHS of "TERROR AT THE OPERA" if ever you wish to add it to your collection of "OPERA" video releases Mike? A tenner and it is yours. Great condition. Only rented out once i believe. My friend used to work in the local videoshop and when i asked if i could buy the tape he checked their computer and saw it had only been rented once in the few weeks it was out and so said it would be fine to sell it. In reality, they usually expected each release to have a month or two on the shelves to see how it rents before deciding whether to sell it in-shop as an ex-rental, but he was a mate so was happy to help me feed my Argento habit i had at the time! lol
But i have watched that tape maybe 3 or 4 times myself in total. I think £10 - £15 is its value but a tenner is fine if you want it.
It was available legally on th shelves for just a few weeks before they recalled it. Apparently it was to do with ORION going bust and so this ORION title, released in the UK by VIRGIN VIDEO, was recalled due to hazy understanding/worry about copyright issues or something...

It is worth having for the rarity but also for the fact that it has, hands down, THE worst sleeve art for this film i have EVER come across! In fact, it is deserving of going in the "naiive video sleeve art" section! Awful...

I still have "Cannibal Apocalypse - CNR". Why don't you buy my tape and then search for a better sleeve.
