Oh shit yes, I too am interested in those upcoming Franco titles. And the fact that it'll be 3 volumes is just...well, I'm speechless at this point. Now then, if we can just get some more Ramsay horror films on DVD from MM, it'll be a great next year for me. But then, with the Franco titles, it's already looking to be a great next year already.

Now then, if we can just get some more Ramsay horror films on DVD from MM,

I just noticed the old Ramsay flick Do Gaz Zameen Ke Neeche, which I only have as an un-subbed VCD, has now come out on a subtitled DVD:

:D

Uh, and have any of you see this Ramsay film?

Talaashi:

It's described as a 161 min. action/drama/obscure film.

Coming 2010 - at last - Franco70 - the De Nesle years.... Vol 1-3

Gaaaah! I'm so exited over this! Seriously, I can't wait - there hasn't been an important Franco disc for way to long now and the de Neslé period is the one with most unreleased gems!

Question #1: What titles are you releasing (or is that a secret?)? How about Lorna? Al otro lado del espejo? Plaisir ŕ trois?
Question #2: Do you want me to give you guys oral pleasure now or later?

Well, I'm willing to bet it's the same transfer used for the previous VCD release. If any, that is a title MM should consider...that is, if any of their Bollywood releases have been successful here in the US.

But still, the news of the Jess Franco volumes have my interest at hand. I'm curious to know what the titles are and hopefully we'll hear about them soon.

Can't believe it hasn't been mentioned here yet but the first announcement of titles in the Franco70 series has been made on MM's blog. It's really great news!

It would seem we get in the first set: LORNA THE EXORCIST! SINNER! THE PERVERSE COUNTESS!

These are the three I most wanted. Hell, these are the three Franco films period I most want to see on disc (besides some early 80s stuff like EUGENIE or GEMIDOS DE PLACER)! Incredible!

I'm no Franco expert (at all) but that sounds great! Thanks for the heads up, Jared. :D

I...will...buy! I heard a lot about "Lorna the Exorcist" and how nutty it is, so I'm sold!

These are some of his very best Jack. I don't think I'm alone in that assessement either. The budgets for these films were very low, but the creativity and derangement was very high!

Chris! It is nuts! And very bleak and yet also pretty damn sexy, in it's own bizarre way ...
Oy vey! Let's pray that LORNA features the long elusive "possession through a bloody dildo" scene!
