Now, in the spirit of the season - let's name and shame some BAD TRADERS, shall we? Let's start with two ebay timewasters...

gattogrigio1328

aka Emiliano from the beautiful country of Italy. Bids, does not pay. Big surprise. After 4 weeks closed the auction and got a refund of my listing fees. Oh, and an email from dear Emiliano accusing me of my "cruel" behaviour... If you are selling on eBay, I suggest you block this buyer. Bad news!

musica_eternal

aka Michael from - guess what? From Italy. No surprises there. Now this gentleman is a particularely nasty piece of work. He bids - you guess - does not pay. After 4 weeks I pulled the plug and escalated with eBay. All over sudden the buyer becomes very active (unlike earlier, at the "payment" part of the transaction) and bombards me with abusive mails. From name calling to murky threats about lawyers and the "international police" to personal insults. Oh yeah, plus bad Feedback in retaliation for wanting to get paid as a seller, that old chestnut. This buyer is very BAD NEWS. If your on eBay and see him bidding, run for your life... Oh, and it will all be "your fault" for not understanding his personal problems and not giving him more time to pay!

It is very difficult to deal with these time-wasting psychos as your rights as a seller are severely curtailed. They can give you negative feedback, you can't give them negative feedback. Very fair and a credit to eBay. Another great decission, after setting fixed postage charges based on domestic US shipping. I'm glad I am almost done selling on eBay.

They have nothing to do with the forum. Ebay has the option for you to block some members from bidding on your auction.

They have nothing to do with this forum, Miltos. Just warning our fellow cine ounce so they are aware of those assholes.

Always seems to be Italians that cause trouble on eBay
