Eddie,

Watch yourself with this.

Ebay has been known to block users from bidding on your items who click on links from a Facebook page to your Ebay auctions. They think it is your friends shill bidding up your prices. Some may tell you Ebay changed their policy on this but that is just PR bullshit. It's happened to me and many others. Just check the Ebay forums for more proof.

I've removed all my Ebay links from my now private Facebook page about a month ago as I had some people (members of this forum also) use my Facebook links and then were blocked from bidding.

Thanks for the heads up BILL. Amazingly ebay says you can set up a FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE and use PAYPAL as the payment method = yet if I post a link on it = they wont allow it??...it's absurd. All for promotion of my auctions which help make THEM money! :ph43r: The whole point was to promote anyones cool titles for sale = not only mine. Wonder what happens when I post a third party link from ebay to my Facebook fansite - what the hell would they call that as the people i'm linking their auctions on ebay dont even know im doing it, yet i'm helping to promote THEM??? Just flat out B/S and in no way make's a bit of sense! Again though, thank you Bill.

Not that it matters one way or the other but there is no Facebook "USA". It's the same global FB we all have. You can change the language setting but it's still the same FB.
