Hello community, I'm currently getting a little bit into Japanese cinema and there are quite a few Japanese movies released in Hong Kong which are way cheaper than the Japanese dvds. I'm now asking myself if these HK dvds are somehow inferior to the Japanese ones? Of course you can't make an overall judgement but I just want to know that if these HK dvds are cheap garbage or not. Regards |

I can understand that japanese DVD releases are in general quite sublime. They have some editions that are the supreme best. But I guess it often comes down to the specific release of course... But in general, I buy region 3 only when the other releases are unavaliable or OOP. |
