The answers are in. What does the future hold for the Ghost Who Walks? It's up to you to figure it out!

Mike, the Master of Dropping Ridicilously Cool Hints, strikes again. Nice idea. Manuel was a cool villain, and with the great cliffhanger and his physical and mental scarring at the end of issue 13, I look forward to see him return. Even if Mike's "Yes" was made up, I am sure he'll return anyway, as he was proclaimed the first "major" bad guy of the Moonstone series before Tiger's Blood was released.

I think this is a great concept. It has already peaked my interest in the upcoming arc.

I just had a thought;

We know that one of the tag lines for the issue was "War Comes To The Deep Woods" (or something similar). Now, "war" could mean many things, it could mean a full out attack on the Skull Cave like we have seen in some Egmont stories or it could mean an army invasion like in Phantom Goes To War. Either way, what if, during that war, somehow it got out to the WORLD that the Phantom isn't just a myth? What is suddenly the whole world knew the Phantom was real? Imagine the storm that would bring down. Now surely, that has to be an interesting concept.

To me, that would be one of those things where you can't put the worms back in the can. You might as well say "From now on, Superman is no longer strong."

Phantom's mystique is his real power. Stripping that from him would ruin it. So, rest assured, that won't happen on my watch.

Ah, your no fun.

There probably would be a way around it. Bring in Mandrake to do a world wide mind wipe. No, just kidding.

I guess you could whoever exposed the legend discredited. Egmont has had stories where it's been proven to the world populace that the Phantom was real at some point in time and they have always been interesting.

Still, it was just a crazy idea that popped in there. I'm sure whatever you've come up with, Mike, I'll be heaps of fun!

I've had that idea myself some years ago, but ultimately, I do not think it could work. I don't wish to see Moonstone follow Marvel, and suddenly scratch years and years of continuity just to get things back to normal... Which I feel would be the only way things could get back to normal in this particular situation.

Or just get him to make a deal with the devil ;)

Anywho, I am really excited for this arc and cannot wait for it to start this month. I kind of get the feeling that one of the Phantom's supporting cast is going to get killed off :red: So we'll see what happens...

So, who has more questions about the arc? :)

Will it feature several villains previously seen in the comic, as I believe it was hinted at months ago?

(hint: I'd love to see yet another appearance of the Sky Band, although I realize this seemingly politically based arc might not be the best place for such an event)

Will any of Bangalla's neighbouring countries be a part of this arc?

Not sure I'd use the word "feature", but there's more than one baddie grinding an axe in this arc.

Great! I remember a story where numerous skull-marked classic Phantom villains teamed up to get the big guy once and for all, and it made a really cool story. It would have been very good if at least one of the baddies in this arc were created by Lee Falk, as there are not many of them still appearing in the comic with any regularity.
