I have noticed this article on the main Chronicle Chamber website and was wondering if anybody is going to purchase a copy of this release?

I am thinking about it but seeing as can't speak French I am having a little bit of trouble working out the website.

This is the link for buying the Phantom:
http://www.danteprod.fr/boutique/kiosque2.html

Besides that, an e-mail to the publisher would probably be your best chance.

Thanks Andreas, I found the shop.

With the help of some translating websites (don't you just love the internet), I was able to work out that this would cost 24,00 Euro to be delivered to Oz. So total cost would be 44,00 Euro which is about $85.00 Australian. This is just a little too expensive at the moment, maybe down the track.

They also have another Phantom publication avavilable, here. This looks like a skecth book, by Willy Hudic (maybe, I am not sure on this), and is limited to 100 copies. The cost of this is 60,00 Euro (plus the 24,00 Euro postage).

These are posters, not a sketch book. According to an e-mail from the publisher:

Thanks Andreas. That makes a little more sense.

Did anybody end up buying this?? I went to purchase it today by going through the main site, here, and discovered two things.

One, when you get to the shop (by pushing the "Je Commande" button below the Phantom Book) there is a button you can push that translates everything to English (the American Flag near the top) which makes reading the site a whole lot easier and two, they apparently don't ship to Australia. Bugger.

On a side note, it looks like they are getting ready to release Volume 2. Check out the bottom right of the main page (using the link above). I am no good at posting images so maybe one of my more learned colleagues can do it for me :D .

They had a couple pics from the Phan Works site. I wonder if they got permission to use them.

Are you talking about the 2 posters that are available?

I would assume they had permission as they are selling them under the artist’s names.

I can email the editor again and see if it's possible for Australians to buy. I was under the impression that they ship worldwide. Anyway, if a volume 2 is coming soon it will be better to wait, and have them shipped both at the same time to save money.

And yes, they have permission from the artists to use their artwork for the posters.

If you could that would be appreciated Andreas.

If you go through the link you provided above (in the second post of this thread) you can still select Australia and purchase the comic but if you go through the main website when you get to selecting the delivery method there is nothing to choose and you can not proceed any further. So I am just little hesitant (and confused).

When you are e-mailing Andreas can you ask about Volume 2? Because if it is out real soon I will agree with you and buy both at the same time.

Just and idea Germ if your interested.

To save on postage from France do we want to place one order for all the copies we want and then get them shipped to your place or mine and then once received the person who gets them can forward the other copies on.

Will probably wait until number 2 is out so I can get them all at once but let us know what you think.

I got the reply that you should use this web shop for purchase:
http://www.dante-prod.com/boutique/

And that it should be OK for Australians to buy too. Volume 2 will be out "soon", but with no specific date given.
